We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No matter the size of your order, there are no shipping fees—your shipping is completely free!

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that orders placed after 6:00 PM (UK time) will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been processed, we will send you an order confirmation and tracking information.
3. Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, we will ship it via our standard shipping method. The estimated delivery time is between 6-9 business days after dispatch. In total, the expected delivery window is 7-12 business days from when your order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the United Kingdom.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery directly through our courier partner.
6. Shipping Delays

Our order cutoff time for same-day processing is 6:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
9. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost or hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at admin@callowayfashion.com. We will work with our shipping partners to track the package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
10. Free Shipping Policy
We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. This applies to all items available on our Website and no minimum order value is required.
11. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange.
